Why I wrote this briefing...

I'm Dr. Z. For nearly two decades I have worked with women who have been told their bodies are failing them — the high-performers, the executives, the founders, the ones who have already tried the clean eating, training programs, hormone panels... and whose bodies still are not responding the way they used to.

What I learned is that the body is almost never the problem. It is the messenger.
